1. Are there any COVID-19 precautions in place? Yes! We care about our guests and want to ensure extra protection for our immunocompromised guests and those too young to be vaccinated. Here's what we're asking:

• We are requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated/boosted (except those not old enough yet!) to attend the event.
• Attending guests must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event.
• Additionally, we may ask you to wear a mask depending on the current COVID-19 conditions at the time.



2. What is the parking situation at the venue? There is plenty of parking available for our guests onsite at the venue. If you are planning to drink, there are plenty of Uber and Lyft options to get you back to your lodging safely!



3. What is the dress code? Our wedding is formal/black-tie optional! Think mid to full length dresses or pantsuits and dark suits.



4. What about lodging? We don't have a hotel block reserved for our event, but there are plenty of hotels nearby! Anything in the Asheville area is within a reasonable driving distance to the venue. There are also a ton of cabin rentals available as well! Check out Airbnb, Vrbo, or any local rental companies. Late October is also (hopefully!) peak leaf season for the Blue Ridge area, and lodging will start filling up sooner than usual.
